Beavercreek Lacrosse, established in 2014, is a not-for-profit organization designed to implant firmly in the youth of the community the ideals of good sportsmanship, honesty, loyalty, and courage, so that they may be stronger and happier, and will grow to be good, clean, healthy citizens in the community of Beavercreek, Ohio. We strive to achieve this objective by providing supervised competitive lacrosse, while keeping in mind that the attainment of exceptional skill for the winning of the game is secondary, and the molding of future citizens is of primary importance.
Beavercreek Lacrosse Club offers opportunities for boys grades K-8. Team availability is based upon registrations received. Due to team size requirements, we are not always able to field teams at all levels. If you are interested in participating, please sign-up early in the registration process so that we can determine our needs.
While we offer instructional clinics at various times throughout the year, our main focus is on the spring season. Practices start in mid-February. Games start in March and run through May. We practice in rain and snow.
Lacrosse is not a complicated game but for those of that are new to the game, the rules seem complex. We work hard to teach players the rules as they come up, but it would help if you and your player read up on the rules as much as you can. Links on this site to US Lacrosse will provide more information about rules for the boys' games.
All players and parents must abide by our Code of Conduct. Be aware: there is no tolerance for unsportsmanlike behavior from players, coaches, or parents.
Team success relies on volunteers. Parents are encouraged to assist in any way they can. No lacrosse experience is necessary, just a willingness to help. Additionally, as a 501(3)(c) charitable organization, we also have the opportunity for fundraising, which not only helps the club purchase equipment but can also provide players an opportunity to reduce their fees.
Thank you once again for your interest in Beavercreek Lacrosse Club. Please feel free to contact us if you have any questions about our club or lacrosse in our area.
